The Developer's support hours are Monday through Friday. The Developer will aim to respond to requests within 24 hours and provide a 48-hour turnaround time, depending on the size and scope of the update or change. However, this is not guaranteed.
For all maintenance requests, the Client must complete the Website Change Request Form located on Vizie Designs' website.
Fill out the form with detailed information about your requested changes.
Receive confirmation of your request within 24 hours.
Changes implemented within 48 hours for most requests.
Review the changes and provide feedback if needed.
