Privacy, kept simple.
Scorekeeper is designed to work without accounts, advertising, analytics, or cloud storage. Your game information stays on your device unless you explicitly choose to share it.
Effective July 29, 2026Your setup, players, scores, rounds, target, named saved games, presets, groups, and preferences are stored locally for app continuity.
Game history leaves the app only when you intentionally use the system share feature and select a recipient.
This Privacy Policy explains how the Scorekeeper mobile and web application (package com.viziedesigns.scorekeeper) handles information. Scorekeeper is developed and published by Vizie Designs (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Scope of this policy
This policy applies to Scorekeeper on Android, iOS, and the web. It covers information entered into or generated by the app and the app's use of device features.
Scorekeeper does not require an account, login, subscription, or payment. It does not contain advertisements, third-party analytics, behavioral tracking, or a Vizie Designs backend service.
Information handled by Scorekeeper
Scorekeeper processes the information needed to run a game. This information is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to Vizie Designs.

Native versions use operating-system preference storage. The web version uses browser local storage. Depending on your device settings, the operating system may include app data in a device backup. Vizie Designs does not receive or control those backups.
Permissions and device features
Scorekeeper does not request access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, files, or advertising identifier.
The app uses these standard device capabilities:
- Local storage to restore games and preferences.
- Haptic feedback for meaningful score actions.
- Network status to display an offline notice.
- System share sheet when you choose to share round history.
- System browser to open external links such as this policy.
- Optional notifications and alarms to alert you when a countdown timer finishes. On supported Android versions, Scorekeeper requests notification permission and user-controlled Alarms & reminders access only when you start a background countdown. Timer alerts are created and processed locally by your device.
These features are used only for the functions described above and are not used for advertising, profiling, or tracking.
Sharing, disclosure, and third parties
Vizie Designs does not sell, rent, disclose, or share Scorekeeper user data because the app does not transmit that data to us.
User-directed sharing
If you choose the Share action in round history, Scorekeeper prepares a text summary and passes it to your device's share sheet. You decide which app or person receives it. The selected third party's privacy practices apply after you share the information.
Platform providers
Google Play, Apple, your operating-system provider, browser provider, device backup provider, or app store may independently process installation, purchase, crash, compatibility, or device information under their own terms and privacy policies. That platform processing is separate from Scorekeeper and is not app data collected by Vizie Designs.
Data security
Scorekeeper minimizes privacy risk by keeping gameplay information on the device and avoiding a developer-operated server or account system. Native app information is stored within the app's operating-system-managed storage area.
No security method can guarantee absolute protection. You are responsible for controlling access to your device, device backups, and any game information you intentionally share.
Retention and deletion
Local Scorekeeper information remains on your device until you reset a game, start a new game, clear the app's storage, clear the website's browser storage, or uninstall the app. Some operating-system backups may persist according to your backup provider's retention settings.
Because Scorekeeper has no user accounts or developer-operated database, Vizie Designs cannot remotely access or delete your local gameplay information. You can delete it directly:
- Use Reset or New Game inside Scorekeeper.
- On Android, clear Scorekeeper's storage in system App settings.
- For the web app, clear site data in your browser.
- Uninstall Scorekeeper to remove its active local app storage.
Children's privacy
Scorekeeper is a general-purpose scoring utility and does not knowingly collect personal information from children or anyone else. The app has no account, social profile, public posting, advertising, or direct communication feature.
Parents and guardians should supervise any information a child enters into a device and any content the child intentionally shares through the system share feature.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Scorekeeper's features, legal requirements, or data practices change. The current version will remain posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Material changes to data handling will also be reflected in the app and its Google Play Data Safety disclosures as required.
